Všichni víme, co to znamená jít na oběd k babičce. Sám občas zasněně pronesu někde v restauraci tu větu:
"To chutná jako od babičky", a jenom já v tu chvíli vím, co tím míním. Je to nepřenosné, nesdělitelné, protože hluboko v pocitech. Další z dnes módních kulturálně-srovnávacích fotografických kolekcí pochází z dílny italského fotografa Gabriela Galimbertiho, který tak dlouho vzpomínal na jídla od své vlastní babičky, až se rozhodl vyrazit do světa a požádat babičky v různých koutech naší nádherné zeměkoule, aby mu uvařily ten 'svůj' recept. Dobrou chuť.
